Our team created 15 minutes of visualization material for this stereoscopic collaboration with IMAX Space Films and Warner Brothers. The story centered around the launch, repair, and output of the Hubble space telescope. Our contributions included a first-of-its-kind flight through the Orion Nebula based on a high-resolution composite of Hubble photographs, a flight through our local neighborhood of galaxies, a dive into some of the most distant galaxies Hubble observed in the “Hubble Ultra Deep Field” image, and ultimately ending up in the large scale structure of the universe.

The film received glowing reviews and went on to win the award for Best Lifelong Learning film at the Giant Screen Cinema Awards.
